Refund policy

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or not working as expected, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery at mydefinednose@outlook.com and include your order number and a photo of the issue. Once we've reviewed it, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund if a replacement isn't available.

Wrong Item Received

If what arrived doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll take care of it with a replacement or refund.

Items We Can't Accept Back

We're unable to offer returns or refunds in the following situations: you've changed your mind about the purchase, an incorrect address was entered at checkout, or your order was delayed by the carrier after it had already shipped.

How to Request a Refund

Getting a refund or replacement is straightforward:
1. Email mydefinednose@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the issue
2. Attach a photo if the item is damaged or defective
3. We will get back to you within 2-3 business days with next steps
Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method 6-10 business days.
